BIOGRAPHY

Joe Bremner is CEO of Kennedy Information, Inc. He was previously chief operation officer of Management Contents, a publisher of business publications and information services. Joe has written and spoken extensively on information industry developments and is a member of the Governing Board for Publishing of the American Chemical Society. He served on the oversight committee for the Association of American Publishers (AAP) Electronic Manuscript Project, which was the first industry-wide implementation of SGML. He helped organize the Database Publishing Division of the Information Industry Association (now SIIA), and is a part chairman of the Proprietary Rights Committee of the IIA. Joe has received the IIA’s Distinguished Service Award for “his outstanding contributions to the development of the information industry.” He has been an active participant in industry mergers and acquisitions and has conducted buy-side analysis or acquisition due diligence for numerous information industry transactions.
