Daniel Harrison gently encouraged Consumer Reports to tackle user reviews by designing and project-managing their first online review application. Now, as half of Consumerreports.org’s online community team, Daniel focuses on expanding the reviews and helping to grow forums. His favorite pet project is tinkering with how to start conversations and activities under the umbrella of the brand, but away from the flagship site.
