BIOGRAPHY

Adam Ayer is the president of the LicenseLogic LLC. Through LicenseLogic LLC, Mr. Ayer teaches such software training courses as Software & Information Industry Association’s (SIIA) Certified Software Manager (CSM) and Advanced Software Manager seminars and he occasionally acts as a consultant for SIIA’s Anti-Piracy Division. LicenseLogic LLC is the official company for instructing SIIA’s Software Manager seminars. Before founding LicenseLogic LLC in 2002, Mr. Ayer was responsible for managing SIIA’s worldwide Internet anti-piracy and educational efforts. This included overseeing SIIA’s anti-piracy education program, working with federal law enforcement agencies, and managing lawsuits against individuals distributing illegal software online. Mr. Ayer received his BS degree from Texas Christian University.
